This notice explains the information Sales Desk uses to create, deliver, and measure a customer’s private sales experience. Last updated September 17, 2026.
Account information
When Google sign-in is enabled, Sales Desk receives your Google account identifier, name, and verified email address. Google is used only to establish your Sales Desk identity. Sales Desk does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or Calendar. A necessary secure session cookie keeps you signed in.
Customer content
Sales Desk stores the proposals, briefs, links, files, character references, prompts, approvals, and production choices that you submit. This content is associated with your private Sales Desk account and is available to the account owner and authorized MiTL Studio production staff who need it to deliver the service.
Generated previews and production providers
When you ask Sales Desk to generate a character or World Kit, the relevant prompt is sent to OpenAI to create the requested preview. If you approve production, approved production providers may process the assets required for that work. Generated previews and uploaded references are stored in private project storage rather than on the public page.
Payments
Stripe processes checkout and subscription payments. Sales Desk stores the identifiers and status needed to connect a payment to the correct order and workspace. Sales Desk does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Engagement reporting
Sales Desk Insights may report page views, return visits, sections reached, video engagement, and calls to action. Anonymous visitors remain anonymous. Activity becomes associated with a named recipient only through an identified link or an action that identifies that person. Invasive session recording is not enabled by default.
Retention and deletion
Unclaimed generated previews become eligible for removal after 30 days and may be deleted earlier. Customer-supplied character references can be removed from the private project. Assets attached to an active order remain with that order. Finished deliverables and records needed for billing, security, approvals, contractual obligations, and business operations may be retained as reasonably necessary.
Your choices
You can remove eligible references and previews, revoke assistant connections, and sign out of your account. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, email keith@bapl.ai. Some order, billing, security, and contractual records may need to be retained.
